Echolocation is a skill trait belonging to bats and dolphins where they use noise and their hearing as a form of radar sense to see where they are going. Human Echolocation is as it states, this technique applied by humans. Using sounds, humans can identify objects through sound the same way these animals can, any human can practice this skill, but it is most useful and effective for the blind. The way this works is that by creating a sound, the vibrations of the noise sent out are echoed back to the person's ears and a vision of the objects is created by training the visual parts of the brain to work together with the auditory parts of the brain.
Here's an example of a blind person using echolocation.
